Church of St Nicholas, Montgomery, Powys
north transept

Given in memory of Margaret Bryan (d. 1921) of Montgomery by her cousin, William S. Bryan of Crungoed, Radnorshire.

The text below the scene reads 'Full of good works and almsdeeds' (Acts 9:36), referring to Dorcas (or Tabitha), although the image is resonant of the image of the good wife from Proverbs, and emphasises works of charity.
