Thomas Woolner (1825-1892)

English sculptor and poet. He was a founding member of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood but soon after the formation of the group he left for Australia. After some success in achieving commissions he returned to Britain and awas elected to the the Royal Academy in 1875.
