The Risen Christ with St David and St Non

1964 Three-light window. Beneath the figure of Christ at the centre is a small scene of the Christ on the cross, and the Virgin and Child below. technique: stained glass size: 45 cm (width of each light) [approx] firm/studio: James Powell & Sons Church of St David, Groes-faen, Rhondda Cynon Taff east wall of the chancel The window was given in 1964 to commemorate the work in the parish of two Church Wardens, Brenda Morel and Christina Budgen. The figure of St David is a second use of the design first known at Llanddewi Brefi (1962), and the centre light is also a reproduction of the centre light at Llanddewi Brefi.
