Christ with Woman and Children

1947 Two-light window. Christ stands holding a child in the right-hand light, while a woman presents a child standing beside her in the left-hand light. technique: stained glass size: 46 cm (width of each light) firm/studio: James Powell & Sons designer: J. Hodges Church of St Cynog, Penderyn, Rhondda Cynon Taff south wall of the nave Signed and dated by the studio. According to the archives of the firm at the V&A Art and Design Archives, the artist responsible for the design was J. Hodges (1947). The words 'Faith' and 'Charity' appear at the top of the left and right lights respectively.
