about 1897 Figure at the centre of the stone panelled reredos. Stands with crown and harp. technique: mosaic Church of St David, Penmaenmawr, Conwy east wall of the sanctuary The harp and crown clearly indicate that the figure is a standard image of the biblical David. However, he is titled as the Welsh St David, which would have been appropriate give the dedication of the church to St David.
