Probably by Hardman's of Birmingham.

The angel holds the text: 'Thy prayers & thine alms are come up for a memorial before God' (Acts 10:3).

Dedication: mem. Aylmer Howard Tynte Henry Somerset. Major 2nd Battn. Prince Consorts Own Rifle Brigade. b.f. St. Andrews 1835. d.Easter eve Apr. 8 1882.
