Christ crucified on the cross above a sleeping/deceased male figure lying below. A skull is also shown at the foot of the cross. Possibly plaster.



Church of St Martin, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire


The figure lying below could be Adam, since Christ, the new Adam, is crucified to bring all to life. See 1 Corinthians 15.
