The window is attributed to J. Stephenson of Bath in The Buildings of Wales: Powys, but the window was made by Robert Newbery of London. It is included in a list of works made by the artist in a letter of October 1907 and poses of the figures can be found in other windows by the studio.

Texts: 'Feed my Sheep; Feed my Lambs' (John 21). 'Jesus Christ the same yesterday and to day and for ever' (Hebrews 13:8).
