Given by A.M. Clemenger in memory of Edward Griffith Powell (died 1880), his wife Elizabeth (died 1860) and their sons, daughter and grandson, and also William George Ward Clemenger. A.M. Clemenger was the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth Powell.
