Christ ascending in the clouds with angels at either side and eleven disciples below. technique: stained glass firm/studio: Burlison & Grylls Church of St Mary, Nercwys, Flintshire north wall of the chancel Angels hold the text: 'This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go' (Acts 1:11).
