1913 A two-light window with crucifixion scene above two lower panels showing Matthew and Mark writing their Gospels. At the crucifixion, the centurion makes his declaration 'Truly this was the Son of God.' He holds a standard 'SPQR' while other soldiers look on. technique: stained glass firm/studio: C.E. Kempe & Co Ltd Church of St Mary the Virgin, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire south wall of the nave Given in memory of William Moffat Douglas-Willan (Royal Horse Artillery) of Gwynford Abbey, Middlesex, by his daughter.
