Christ Walking on the Water

Figure of Christ walking on the waves, greeting the frightened disciples on the boat. technique: stained glass size: 48 cm (width of each light) [approx] firm/studio: Lavers & Westlake Church of St Peblig, Caernarfon, Gwynedd south wall of the nave Text: 'It is I, be not afraid', a phrase used in the accounts of the story of Christ walking on the water according to Matthew (14:27), Mark (6:50) and John (6:20). The window was given in memory of W.F. Taylor Morgan, died 14 December 1896, aged 20.
