Christopher Orr (1943-)

Born in 1943 in London, Chris Orr was educated at Beckenham (later Ravensbourne) College of Art, Hornsey and the Royal College. He taught at Cardiff College of Art from 1967-72 and is now visiting lecturer at Cardiff and Newport. His work has been shown in most major centres in Britain (twice at the Serpentine Gallery, London), and he has also exhibited in Europe and America. He is represented in public collections throughout England and abroad.
