1884 Two-light window. technique: stained glass size: 38 cm (width of each light) firm/studio: Clayton & Bell Church of St Michael, Forden, Powys south wall of the chancel The window is a companion piece to the window depicting St John and St Joseph of Arimathea. Figure of Mary, with gospel book (reference to her son as 'the Word') and her symbol of the lily. Mary Magdalene with her symbol, the jar of ointment. The panels below show the angel greeting the women at the Empty Tomb, and Jesus Himself speaking to Mary Magdalene.
