Signed and dated by the studio. According to the archives of the firm at the V&A Art and Design Archives, the artist responsible for the design was J. Hodges (1947).

The words 'Faith' and 'Charity' appear at the top of the left and right lights respectively.

The window was given in memory of Griffith William and Elizabeth Ann John by their children Emiah, Rhys, William and Marie.
