1873 Three-light window. technique: stained glass patron: John Prichard firm/studio: Morris & Co. designer: Edward Coley Burne-Jones Church of St Illtyd, St Gwynno and St Dyfodwg, Llantrisant, Rhondda Cynon Taff east wall of the chancel The window commemorates the ancestors of the architect, John Prichard. The figure of Christ was reused at Prichard's church at Baglan in 1880, and more impressively at the Church of St James, Staveley in Cumbria (1881), where the figure is set against a deep blue sky with stars, in marked contrast to the clear ground against which the figures are set here.  (ObjectID=4055 ImageID=7878) Original File Name=Llantrisant_DSC4150A.jpg
