Dedication: (One pane of text was damaged in 2005 and covered in a piece of wood) and in loving memory of Elizabeth Gwen Roberts of Plas Maesincla who died in the year 1912. 'A fyno duw a fydded.

The faculty for the window is dated July 1916.
