1947 Two central lights of a four-light window with the kneeling figure of an airman in a landscape by the sea, with the Risen Christ appearing to him on the sea. Rays of light shining down and the badge of the RAF (an eagle with the motto 'Per ardua ad astra') above in a quatrefoil. technique: stained glass artist: Christopher Charles Powell Robeston Wathen Church, Robeston Wathen, Pembrokeshire north wall of the nave Given in memory of William Victor Bibby, who was killed over Dortmund in January 1945. The Royal Air Force had several RAF stations in the surrounding area during the Second World War.
