The sanctuary windows comprise five two-light windows. The subjects are the Annunciation, the Adoration of the Magi, the Crucifixion, the three women at the empty tomb, and the risen Christ meeting Mary Magdalene in the garden.

The Kempe and Tower mark is found on the two windows on the north side of the apse.

A dedication at the foot of the westernmost window on the south side reads: 'In honour of the Holy Incarnation, Passion and Glorious Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ and in Memory of William Morgan Griffiths of Lime Grove, Carmarthen, who died 30th Nov. 1909, his son Cecil Hubert Morgan Griffiths dedicates these five windows.'
