Two-light window with the figure of Michael wielding a sword over the tumbling figure of the devil, who descends to hell, in an integrated design across both lights.

north wall of the north aisle

Signed and dated by the artist.

Dedication: 'In memory of Montague Charles Thomas.'


The jaws of hell are inspired by the late medieval depiction of the last judgement in the west window at Fairford.
