about 1922 Five-light window. Scene representing the Last Supper across all five lights with Christ standing in front of the table holding a chalice. Eleven disciples around the table. Angels in the tracery lights hold the instruments of the Passion and words from the Eucharist. technique: stained glass firm/studio: Shrigley & Hunt Church of St Michael, Abergele, Conwy east wall of the south chancel Signed by the firm. Text below the main scene: 'My flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.' (John 6:55). The window replaces an earlier east window of 1850, painted by Mrs Jones Bateman, Pentre Mawr, in memory of her husband (died 1849).
