In the left-hand light Christ is shown seated in the house of Mary and Martha, with Martha serving and Mary kneeling at his feet. In the right-hand light Mary anoints Christ's head with oil at the house of Simon the leper.

Texts (left to right): 'And Martha served.' (John 12:2); 'The Lord is risen indeed' (Luke 24:34); 'She hath done what she could.' (Mark 14:8).
