Church of St Margaret, Mountain Ash, Rhondda Cynon Taff
east wall of chancel

Given by Elize Nixon in memory of her husband John Nixon (1815-1899).

Texts: 'For the LORD God, even my God, will be with thee' (1 Chronicles 29:20) 'In thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all' (1 Chronicles 29:12); 'Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.' (Acts 10:4); 'As ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise' (Luke 6:31).

Photographed in 2007, at the time of repairs to the east end of the church, when the window could be seen in full. The lower part of the window was obscured by a stone reredos, erected about 1904.
